AAA Roadside Assistance had my vehicle towed to Cole's very early, before the shop opened. I was apprehensive about using a repair shop sight-unseen, no prior experience or communication. My anxiety was lessened when I was greeted very professionally, courteously and invited to meet the mechanics in a spacious, clean bay area. Cole's repaired electrical, braking and air conditioning systems and backed their services with a 5 year warranty..I was offered to see the original parts. An estimate on recommended future repairs matched an estimate previously received from another trusted shop. The car now runs and drives beautifully. I am very grateful, pleased with the entire experience.

As a first-time customer, I can truly say this was hands-down the best auto repair shop experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff and technicians set a whole new standard for professionalism and hospitality. I came in for my first visit not knowing quite what to expect, but the team immediately made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and informed me of the work that needed to be done along with the parts required to complete the work. The entire atmosphere was inviting and professional, which is rare to find in an auto shop. I’ve been taking my vehicles to shops for many years, and this team truly stands out above the rest. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you again, to all at Cole's Garage.

When I called, the lady I spoke with was polite & professional. She answered all.my questions. The day I came in, I called 1st. The man I spoke with was also very polite & professional. Upon arrival they were quick to get my car in, they were courteous & friendly while I waited. Even offered drinks. Once my car was done being inspected, they explained the needed repairs to me and why they felt they were needed. They even offered advice about a decision I was making about my vehicle. All & all.. no complaints. I would have given 5 stars but I reserved that for later after I have the work done. But im.very satisfied with my experience thus far.

Great experience! They got me in right away and were very polite and professional. They clearly explained the issue, gave an estimate upfront, and kept me updated throughout the process. The repair was done quickly, and they pointed out other potential issues without any pressure. Honest, efficient, and great customer service. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this place! My new go to place in Akron for car (Prius) repairs...excellent & reliable, friendly & fast service! All 4 coils changed. They were very responsive, communicative, called to update me through the process. Diagnosed, got parts & fixed in 24 hours! Erica (front desk) & Steve (owner) both super professional & easy to work with.
